Test and finish changes in the Dropout detection algorithm. Account for the possibility
that the SkipCount causes us to be in the midst of another dropout (in the middle of
data that is in the dropout range.) Finish documentation.

The criterion named MaximumDuration in the Blink Detection Algorithm has a misleading name.
It can give one the impression that the blink's duration is somehow limited by this
when it actually just limits the time spent looking for the half-up and window-up points.
The documentation should probably be changed to emphasize that the "duration" of a blink
is a nebulous thing anyhow and that this maximum duration is used for finding the "up" points.
It may or may not be a good idea to actually change the name of the criterion.
-
Allow user to select highlight colors (and perhaps highlight styles) for events
-
Add option to use a cursor to set the new start point for display
(cursor set in lowest numbered channel becomes new start point?)
(This may be supplanted by the jump to Annotation mechanism.)
-
The Dropout algorithm has more criteria than are described in algorithm documentation
-
Gray out/deactivate criteria button for event types that do not have any settable
criteria.
-
Investigate the following issue: When using 1 msec sampled data from the Wang project
and letting the User Specified Find algorithm go for almost all of the data, then the
progress bar seems to stop working and showing the progress. This also happens with
the "old" Convert program and cd2wds program when converting/transforming large data files.
-
Add option to allow output of event list as an XML file. (Devise Schema or DTD for event
files. This could potentially be used for exchange of data between researchers.)
-
Devise XML file standard for channels of data also.
(An XML file would not be an efficient way of representing/storing channels of digitized
data which are typically quite large. But it might be useful as an intermediate
data representation.)
